You have been given the option to purchase a parking pass for $50. This is a private, one time purchase event - you must enter your student id number as the access code (when prompted) as indicated in the school email you received. You are not purchasing a specific parking spot - only the ability to park in the lot that you choose. A parking tag indicating the lot that must be hung on your rear view mirror will be handed out.
There are limited quantities of passes available for each lot. You will have 15 minutes to register your vehicle and pay for your parking pass. If you do not register and pay for the parking pass within 15 minutes the parking pass becomes available for anyone to purchase.
In addition to some other basic information, you will need to have the following information to complete your registration and make a purchase:

Name of the Vehicle Owner
Vehicle License Plate Number
Make of Vehicle
Model of Vehicle
Year of Vehicle
Vehicle Color
Name of Insurance Company
Date of Insurance Expiration
Rules: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
By digitally completing
this form, I hereby authorize my son/daughter to drive the above described
vehicle(s) to and from school and verify that the information on this form is
accurate to the best of my knowledge.
We have read and understand
the school driving rules and regulations listed on bottom of this digital form.
I also understand that if it is determined the
driving privilege has been abused, his/her driving permit will be revoked by
the school administration.
In connection with this request, I consent to
the unlocking, opening, and inspecting of the automobile and its contents while
on school premises, based on the reasonable suspicion of a school administrator
that the vehicle or its contentsmay violate law or school rules.
VIOLATIONS OF THE CLOSED CAMPUS POLICY,
EXCESSIVE TARDINESS, SKIPPING CLASS, AND OTHER INFRACTIONS ARE GROUNDS FOR
REVOKING A STUDENT’S DRIVING PRIVILEGE. THIS WILL REQUIRE THE STUDENT TO RIDE
THE SCHOOL BUS OR TO ARRANGE ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION.
