To make payment:

    Enter amount due (do not use "$" when entering amount)

    Fill out information below

    Click Continue at the bottom

    Review Order

    Continue to payment

    Enter payment information

    Submit Order

Email confirmation will be sent once order is complete that will include a credit card receipt and summary of payment made.
