Are you looking for a unique opportunity to showcase your musical talents, while at the same time growing as a singer and dancer? If so, then you should attend the Macomb Community College Jr. High Workshop field trip on January 23 & 24, 2023. The Workshop is an opportunity for students to learn show choir music in class then work with Vocal Clinician Todd Moses, Director of The Macombers, who will enhance the workshop experience by coaching the choir consisting of top students from Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, and Wayne counties. Students also get the opportunity to learn under award-winning national and international choreographer Andy Haines. The workshop finishes with a performance by the students on the main stage at Macomb Center for the Performing Arts on the evening of January 24th! The cost of the workshop is $65.00, which includes the registration fee, t-shirt, sheet music, bus transportation, and pizza dinner the second evening. All choir members are invited to register/apply, and if we exceed our registration limit (25 per choir program), Mrs. Welling, Mr. Gordon, and Mr. Dawley will select participants based on their completed applications and class performance.
