E 177 Healthy Snacks for Weight Loss and Health Fee: $30 Wednesday, 10/23 (One Session) 7:00 - 8:30 PM HS Room: 102 Have you been trying to lose weight or lower your blood sugar? This cooking class will help you learn how to make snacks that are good for weight loss and maintaining healthy blood sugar using healthy protein, fats and good carbs. Recipes are easy and amazingly delicious. There is a $10 food tasting fee payable in class to the instructor.
