GENERAL INFORMATION:  

ALL OBLIGATIONS MUST BE CLEARED TO PURCHASE A TICKET.

You will need your student ID number to purchase a ticket. Ticket sales will be from February 3rd to February 10th. Tickets are NOT transferable and are ONLY valid for the student who purchased the ticket. Student ID MUST match the name and ID number on the ticket. Tickets can ONLY be scanned once.  

Your student ID number is your access code.  

We must notify Falls Manor with a count, so ticket sales will end on February 10th, 2024, at 3 p.m.

**To purchase a guest ticket this form must be printed, and completed in full.

ALL ATTENDEES MUST have a ticket (printed or virtual) and photo ID to enter.
