Forms: Permission & Medical The Stetson Music Department will participate in a Music in the Parks adjudicated festival on Friday, May 16, 2025 at Hershey Park. This is an opportunity for members of the 8th Grade Chorus, Honors Chorale, Orchestra, & Band to perform for a panel of judges, spend time at Hershey Park, and participate in an awards ceremony at the end of the day’s activities. This is an all-day event. Students leave by coach bus for Hershey at approximately 7:00am on the morning of May 16. The ensembles perform at a location near the park and then students are bused to the park, where they spend the rest of the day enjoying the rides and park amenities. We learn the results of our adjudicated performances at an awards ceremony held in the Hershey Arena. We expect to return home by approximately 10:00pm. A trip fee of $130 per student covers the cost of bus transportation, adjudication, t-shirt & all-day admission to Hershey Park (meals not included).
