On May 7th, 8th Grade students will travel back in time to the 1860’s on their visit to the Troy Historical Village.  Students will interact with a Civil War Battlefield Doctor, a Civil War Soldier, technology and entertainment of the 1860’s, and even meet some famous figures such as Abraham Lincoln. 

Students should have a sack lunch and dress for outdoor weather.  

There is also a paper permission slip that must be returned.  Donations towards another student's trip are optional and appreciated.
