Students must arrive and check in at the designated entrance by 8:30 PM.
Tickets and valid identification are required at check-in.
No outside food, drinks, or bags are allowed.
Exceptions: Small clutch purses or clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12".
Random breathalyzer tests may be administered.
Late entry is not permitted unless prior administrative approval has been granted.
Students are expected to remain inside the venue for the entirety of the event.
If a student needs to go to their vehicle:
They must inform a staff member.
They will be escorted by staff to and from the vehicle.
Reentry without a staff escort is not permitted.
Students may leave early at any time.
However, once a student exits the venue without a staff escort, they will not be permitted to return for any reason.
Prom concludes at 11:00 PM.
Students must make transportation arrangements in advance.
All rides should be on-site and ready for pickup by 11:00 PM.
Staff will supervise dismissal to help ensure student safety.
